Company Drivers home most nights, but hiring areas change often. Not all locations have openings. Employee benefits include:

Owner Operators mostly dispatch midwest and south (Mississippi and Ohio River valleys area)
Flat Rate
$0.97 ppm (pay per mile) - All loaded miles
$0.97 ppm - Empty miles after the first 35 miles of each deadhead
We are paying $0.40 per mile for fuel surcharge.

Free passenger program, effective on the first day of employment, ages 5-65

Additional Pay
Mileage Variance Pay
Additional pay on top of the base pay for loads under 200 loaded miles
$0.25 for 0-100 miles
$0.16 for 101-200 miles

Multiple Stop Pay
$45 per stop (excluding first and final stops)

Detention Pay
$35 per hour after the 3rd hour (max $225)

Safety Bonus
$0.01 per mile semi-annually (if qualified)

Orientation Pay
$100 - Hotel, physical, drug screen, and lunch are provided
$0.50 per mile in travel pay, up to $350 (700 miles)
